01100	This facility operates on the honor  system,  with  users  marking  a
01200	charge  sheet.  Showers cost 25 cents each, sauna and shower is $1.00
01300	per person, with discounts for shareholders (see below).   Users will
01400	be  billed  about  once  a  month.  No payments should be left in the
01500	facility.

01900	We  shall  attempt to operate without formal rules regarding latching
02000	the door to the facility.  Please be considerate.

02400	The initial cost of the  installation  was  covered  by  issuing  160
02500	shares  for  $10 each.  Shareholders are entitled to a 20 cents/month
02600	discount on services for each share.   The discount  applies  to  the
02700	registered  shareholder  as  of  the billing date.   Unused discounts
02800	will accumulate, but will not be refunded in cash by the Pony.

03000	Shares and/or discounts may be sold to another Patron at any time for
03100	whatever   you  can  get.     The  effective  transfer  date  may  be
03200	negotiated between buyer and seller.  To be recorded, the transaction
03300	must be described in a note to Norm Briggs signed by the seller.

03500	As  funds accumulate, shares will be paid back in $1 steps.  When all
03600	shares have been fully reimbursed, the facility will become  free  to
03700	all staff members.
